  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If your product arrives damaged,or gets damaged within the first month you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • Reporting Damage: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • Inspection: We recommend inspecting your furniture immediately upon arrival. If the packaging appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, please note this with the courier before signing.


Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an item has been dispatched to our shipping partners, it follows our standard return policy.
